China has become one of the most successful and developing countries right now because its able to collaborate between education and skills regarding both side can't separate each other. China keep pressure how important about education or school regarding improve their citizen balance with skill, right now easily for China how produce top technology during they have top talent citizen having high education and good skill.
Having high education make us easily how to find good job bigger salary payment, but have high skill during not balance well with high education quite difficult in my country Indonesia how to accept at good job with bigger payment salary.

All this happened because in the end not only the government is disciplined in promoting this to be an advantage but also their human resources also have more advanced thinking so that in the end some countries that can be said to be advanced like China can do more practical things and that indirectly supports the sustainability of their country which becomes bigger because the government can control what they expect from their human resources where the people already know that in the end they need education but besides that they are also aware of the quality of themselves that must continue to be upgraded with skills.

Education has become a benchmark in our country (Indonesia) apart from nepotism in the end a higher education degree always becomes a benchmark in our country to get a bigger position and of course a higher salary. No matter how good our skills are when we do not pass the qualifications (especially in education degrees) then in Indonesia we will not be able to be anything, there may be some who can but that is only a small part of them who I consider to be lucky people.
