Your understanding of Iran and what the US regime calls negotiations is completely wrong.
Iran as a member of NPT and IAEA has a nuclear program like all other members and is under inspection like other members.
Iran unlike other members is under 20 to 30 times more inspections with lots more inspectors assigned to the country.
All IAEA reports so far indicate a peaceful nuclear program according to the international laws and treaties without finding any shred of evidence regarding weapons program.
Trump wants Iran to stop having a nuclear program. Something that ain't gonna happen in a million years since not only it is against international law it is against Iran's sovereignty.
That's not even the main thing the US regime wants. They want to disarm Iran so that they can invade Iran like they invaded Iraq. The WMD lie is similar too. That ain't gonna happen either

Additionally as a member of NPT Iran is allowed to enrich Uranium even at >90% because enrichment has nothing to do with proliferation.
