Making use of AI is the same thing as plagiarism – no difference. As long as you are presenting an idea that's not yours to the public as your own, it's stealing.
But in terms of using Grammarly and other tools to correct punctuation, I don't see anything wrong with that. As long as the text is entirely written by you, it's not cheating, and no one is also cheating anybody by doing that.
Besides, if you are entirely and totally bad with your English, I don't think those tools will be able to help you unless you want them to write for you, and it's just some auto-correction.
