The other user on here already got his situation solved, why not me too? It is not about a lot of money, my deposit was 30mbtc and my current balance 47mbtc, I only won 17mbtc! If you are gonna take so long to solve a case for that amount, then it is not a good impression to make for your other customers! Do you want to become big or not??
I still have the complaint on Casino Guru open, ofcourse that one will be closed if you can finally unblock the withdrawal option on my account.
