Yeah the key is being able to keep doing them. As the most beneficial way is do them every day at a level that does not injure.
The older you get recovery time gets longer.
I am off to do my next 25 which will give me 50 for today.
So at fifty.
I am aware that in may and june I mentioned doing pushups for maybe 20 days and that i am not reporting them for the chart.
Hoping i can get past this half in and half out reporting method by july.
