So ignore them and focus on me, as I am trying to understand your situation here and yet my question kept being ignored or drowned by spam post. If I may repeat, the account in issue and being discussed here is your cousin's, you're just living with him and try to write on his behalf, all the documents needed for PoA are under his name? Or is the the other way round where he's living with you? Is your account at Stake also locked and impacted by this matter or is it working just fine?

That's how all the documents that were sent to the account owner's name are, no one is stupid enough to send something else but I repeat that's not the problem, the problem is that stake.com is making up nonsense and calling the documents copies and will not accept or reject them. The documents were issued by the government, actually by the company that provides electricity and water in this country, what should I do?

Should we go to the electricity distribution and complain that their electricity bill does not match the gentlemen from stake.com betting, I really think this has become crazy

I correctly understand that your own account at Stake has not do a level 3 and 4 KYC and thus eliminates the possibility that they keep on rejecting your cousin's document because the data clashed as the document already used to verify yours?
