Few traders have been lucky to raise small amount to bigger amount so yeah.

What I think is that those big fishes are only waiting for people like that to use high leverage and they will be happy. More people more money to generate.

Some people gambled with the money with high leverage or altcoins and they were lucky but the chance to lose is far more.

Although, worth knowing that it is better you trade with the amount of money that you can afford to lose than to go higher than it.

Well speaking from some little experience I you are highlighting some risk associated with high leverage trading just like investing in some volatility assets just like altcoins, well I have seen most people really make income from such strategies, but I very quickly remainder the potential for significant losses is indeed much higher if I may say.

This the part that said trade with money that can be afforded to lost.
