First of all, it is good to know that trading is not for everyone. It is better not to trade than to be losing money. Anyone that has been trading for like a year and is losing, it is better for the person to stop trading.
It's true about this, that trading just can't be for everyone especially if you ain't a good natural calculative risk taker, you'll constantly have a hard time making good judgements about your trades. For these set of people they should just go into bitcoin investment hodling where the risk is heavily reduced.
Imagine having a $50 account and you blow it, what makes you think if you have a $50,000 account you will not blow it, the only difference between these two accounts is the time taken to blow it as long as you don't have the required knowledge to manage them.

Yeah, Op is not far from being correct. The level of knowledge we have do play a great role in our trading successes. And this knowledge can be attained by virtue of the energy and time you put in learning about trading. You can't be unserious towards learning to gain a wide knowledge and then compare your ability to grow an account with that of someone who had to puts all his time and resources into gaining every necessary trading knowledge.
