In last decade and even longer, Manchester United was completely a newbie on transfer market by purchasing players with super overvalued and expensive transfer costs. It is more painful as later they did not use those expensive players well enough and made it like doubled failures.

All clubs can make transfer mistakes that barely happen while with Manchester United, they have been doing this in many latest seasons. Hence, it is no longer mistakes but more likely severe systematic problem from their club strategies for development and necessary actions on transfer market.

I used to think Manchester United signed wrong players in the past, and that is why Manchester United couldn't improve their performance, but after Manchester United sold some of the players who they thought weren't good enough to play for Manchester United to other clubs, those players performed well at their new club, and a player like Scott McTominay helped Napoli to win the Scudetto. That is when I knew Manchester United's poor performance was an internal problem, and Manchester United players aren't 100% responsible for Manchester United's poor performance. If Manchester United wants a total change at Manchester United, they should improve the things Cristiano Ronaldo pointed out were the problem why Manchester United is finding it difficult to challenge for the Premier League title.

lol 😂 this is already looking like a spiritual problem to me, because obviously what you said it's simple the truth, just look at Antony's performance with Real Betis, guy has been wonderful with his performance, this is a player Manchester United bought with almost 100 million Euros and yet had one of worse expectations when you look at his sign on fee and what has been offering to United. When Dimitar Berbatov came to Manchester United from Tottenham Hotspur that year with a supposedly high sign on fee as at that time, we saw good changes because he was able to scored goals and create impact for the team, But today the case is different, you buy players with heavy amount and they create little or no impact, how can you sign a player for almost a 100 million Euros and send him on loan.
