If my country could adopt such a strict rule it would really help to control the rate of underage gambling but lately it seems like no one cares about what goes on in a gambling center or casino, everyone is just concerned about how to make money. And as you mentioned their phones should also be checked by their guardians just in case they gamble online, doing this would help curb such things from going on
