The only way out on how to manage your emotions is that,as at that moment, you need to avoid gambling until you are stable , because you will never get any good result but only losses.
Gambling needs full attention even if played for Fun or for money, there is no how you can concentrate knowing fully well that gambling is not always won by any one fails to control their emotions even when happy or not, self control is very important as a gambler because if you can't control yourself it will be difficult to manage your gambling life.

Playing gambling while emotional can make us lose control. That will make us difficult to realize of what we do because we only see that we can win the games while the fact, we will just lose our money. When your money drained, you will not think to stop gambling but you will still gambling because you want to recover the lose.

Well, that is why you need to focus in gambling so you know when the time to stop and when you can playing gambling. It will related to self control so you need to train yourself to have a good control in gambling. If you think your emotion is high, you can stay away from gambling for a while. That will give you a chance to take a break to reduce your emotion especially if you already lose your money before.
