But the US not getting into direct action against Iran does not mean they are not part of all this. Israel is like its proxy and I do not believe that Israel just decides on its own to make big military decisions that would cause chaos in the middle eastern region.

I doubt they (the US) are in any way involved with Israel to cause the war, the thing is, both Israel and Iran have been enemies for a long time and have always have this disagreement and intentions to bomb and destroy each others one day. So, it's not new and I don't think I believe that US is secretly involved or do you have any source that put up a convincing facts that this is true?
nah, I have a feeling the chance that the USA are involved in it is extremely high(of course they wouldn't admit that). Israel is the USA's closest ally, they give them billions of dollars of the american's tax money yearly, they also give them military weapons. There is already news going around that US tanker planes are headed to Israel, and several US aircraft carriers have been deployed near Israel to assist them.
Trump prefers a trade war.
Instead of helping Israel, it seems that Trump is trying to take advantage of the situation to sell American military products to his ally.
Trump still chooses to remain silent and does not want to get involved in the war, but he has not taken any serious action in influencing the two countries to do a ceasefire.
I saw a news report circling around that Trump doesn't want a ceasefire, he wants the conflict to end, but obviously, he wants it to end in Israel's favor since he demanded Iran's unconditional surrender. Also, there is news that was just released that Trump is deciding whether to attack Iran within two weeks.
