What do you mean, CB? Are you talking about the Coinbase Advanced option when setting up the TP and SL?

About TP and SL, it won't be executed if the limit order didn't filled yet unless you choose the market price order because it will be filled immediately, and TP/SL will be executed once the price hits that level. Just want to add this it seems I understand what actually you want to do with your order it looks like a similar OCO (one-cancels-the-other).
You currently using normal limit order; you can change it to OCO. Check the guide below
