I don't believe it. I meant you knew how Zubimendi already linked to them since last year, and even some news said they already signed him as a new player. In fact, they have not even made it clear on how much they paid for him, which mean no agreement between them and Zubimendi's team.
The same thing is also happening with Gyokeres. I know they may be so reluctant to sign him after Spoting increases his price from 60 million to the 85 million, but it's due to the how slow they are.

They could seal Gyokeres for 60 million but they refused it, and now has to pay 85 million for him.
