Except a proper investigation is conducted,  I cannot conclude that it was the casino that sponsored the video. However,  I wouldn't be surprised that otit was the case since companies can engage in diverse unethical business practices just to increase profit. But it's really wickedness that an addict who was seeking help is indirectly encouraged to keep gambling, thereby increasing the problem.
