I did 120 steps ip and down the stairs and 20 minutes on the bike.
tomorrow I will do pushups.
I'm actually new to this forum I don't really know much about it, but have being participating in this push up of a thing, I started yesterday and did 120 and today I did 100 I don't really know how it works but so long as it is concerning this forum I think I'm okay with and keep doing it till I get a good understanding for it
If you want to be included in the table, then post an correctly formatted report in the same format that other members are doing with your user-name, and then your number of days would be 2 and your number of pushups would be 220.
I am pretty sure that these days DirtyKeyboard is manually reviewing the pushup reports of new pushers before his script is allowed to include them into the daily pushup table.
