You want to recover back your money that you paid to a scam developer, the person that will help you to recover it is not a dept collector. How much did you pay the developer? The money paid to a scammer are just gone especially if not more than $1000. People that will send you personal messages will just only attempt to scam you again.
They won't be getting the money from me they'll be getting it from the thief and keep half. If they keep it all doesn't affect me at this point.
