What do you mean by premium? Do you want to pay much more extra to exchange your Bitcoin? And which jurisdiction are you in? Miners won't take the risk for dirty coins because they are well-known. When they receive or are involved with mixed coins, they will definitely have to encounter legal issues.

There is no chance that any miner will even be in a discussion with OP. Why? Because they don't need to, and for sure, none will risk anything with a total stranger who wants to wash out his "dirty" coins. OP is another airborne troll who is trying to phish something out of nothing. He didn't even log in again from the day he made the thread.
