Well bitcoin might one day be controlled by these organizations including the prices, profit and loses which will also affect the stock market.

It won't be controlled for a looong time coming: because even though they may hold lots of it, there won't be someone holding the majority of it in our lifetimes.

Even if Strategy (MSTR. Michael Saylor's company) managed to take a big chunk of the supply, like a couple million BTC, it wouldn't really matter, since they have no incentive to start a war that would crash the price (and BTC Treasury companies have the top incentive to be long BTC and that is a bullish trajectory), so even if they stack an huge amount, they wouldn't use it to damage the network, since they depend on the price doing good, so they are all aligned with the well being of Bitcoin and thus are all invested in it to continue a good performance. As for BTC's supply available for other people, well there is plenty of BTC to go around because it's very divisible, it's all a matter of price.
