I believe he must have been following the game live before he could make this successful cashout in the odd time at "90" minutes otherwise I believe in the next second or minute the cashout would had been unavailable.
The 90th minute? How's that possible to have some few cents ontop of his initial deposit which was 10k, and that's only about 3 games gone on that ticket? Normally, he's not even supposed to get his complete wager points since he has more games left to have the whole ticket on green.

Was even surprising to me. He said he had around 3k cash out and in less than 10 minutes the odds boosted to that sum he cashed out. I probably believed Real Madrid was leading at the initial time that surged the cash out value.
As the shot detailed, he played total of 7 games but only Man City played to his house while Real Madrid was leading at some point but based on his prediction he lost the game at the full time since he gave Real Madrid winning prediction.
We can just say it was his lucky day because such recover in the 90 mins can be rare to see.

He said he wasn't concerned about the 3% profit made but glad he recovered his capital because he never saw the disappointment of Real Madrid coming earlier.
That was a good timing and I recommend that he's more careful next time. Do people really have the time to fellow up their games so closely that they hit the cash out button early enough to evade a loss? Wow!

Of course when you play a live game and you have the free time you can always keep your eyes up. Probably to take chances just like he did. It isn't a new practice for gamblers who track their games.
