Nunez is a good player but Liverpool want a lot of money for him. If Napoli is going to spend Osimhen's money in this way, it doesn't make much sense. Last season Nunez fell far short of expectations. He should have scored more goals and did more assists. Otherwise nobody will pay this kind of astronomical transfer fees. I think Napoli should move to a better striker candidate. If they want to go higher in the European cups, they should do that. I think Napoli only tested the waters to see if it was possible to get Darwin Nunez. But it wouldn't be a senseless purchase for Napoli! Antonio Conte prefers to play with a double striker, as he did with Inter when he had Lautaro Martinez and Lukaku! He will want to replicate his strategy again and he will have seen Nunez as the ideal purchase
