We all know you can never get time back, and when you’re losing in gambling and not even enjoying it, that’s time wasted too. Double the stress means a bad day, and sometimes it carries over, because there are always consequences when you’re addicted to gambling.

If you’re someone who values your time, you really need to be careful when taking risks in gambling. Always stay responsible to avoid this from happening. Instead of using that time to improve yourself, you get carried away and end up wasting it all on something that doesn’t even give you anything back.

A person who is too concerned of wasting his time(and money) wouldn't even start gambling in the first place.
Most gamblers have a job, so they are gambling in their free time(which means that they don't care about time being wasted). Gambling is supposed to be an escapist activity, you are supposed to pass the time and have some fun while gambling. If you don't have any fun while gambling, why do you even gamble? If gambling caused me more stress than fun, I would immediately stop doing it. I need that dopamine rush in my brain every once in a while.
So far, I haven't seen any gamblers, who are interested in self-improvement. Maybe such people do exist, but I haven't seen them.
