Screenshots and photos are weakest proofs as they can be faked and basically all accusations must be as most details and enough evidence as possible. Moreover, it is never good to listen to only one side, the user who starts an accusation as we need to listen to an opposite side, the service provider in this case the casino.

So don't let a newbie member rank to mislead us to thinking like their accusations are automatically invalid or not. Look at proofs, from both sides and whether the user practice is against the casino 's Terms of Service.
