Xavi fell out with so many players that he shouldn’t and prioritize more of Spanish players than other nationals which was what changed under Hansi Flick

If Xavi had been in charge of the team this year, they would probably have been similarly successful. Because as you said, Xavi had laid the foundation for this and would have reached the level where he knows how to play with the team best. However, the Barcelona management, interestingly, did him an injustice by not wanting him on the team, in my opinion. In my opinion, Bayern Munich has been unfair to Nagelsmann and Barcelona to Xavi recently. If both of these managers had stayed on their teams, they would have been much more successful teams this year. Flick still manages Barcelona very well. There is very little to criticize about his management.
