2. They return a sum of your fund, most likely your latest deposit
3. You want them to return more

You do aware that... you're basically violating their ToS by acessing from restricted country, and you've agreed that they're allowed to confiscate all fund suppose one of the clause on the ToS is broken? Not to mention the classic and overly used rhetorical question: will you even make this complaint suppose you're in the profit and ask them an address to refund the excess?
They don't say in any part that they are allowed to confiscate any balance. They said that they could not be able to make the withdrawal. But, they already made some withdrawals, so this is not a problem for them.
I don't know what should i do if i was in +. But probably the same. Refund my balance or my deposits.
The question here is that they are stealing money from a person that lost already money in their casino.
