You violated their ToS and they used this as a major tool to block your account. Didn't you check that they restricted your country before you joined this site? And if you knowingly gambled even though your country was restricted, you put your own funds at risk. Just because you're losing money doesn't mean they won't block your account. It could also be that you won so well that they thought you would recover all your losses.

They can block the account if they want. But return my money first. Simple like this.
If I open a business, whatever business, and put in the T&C, all these countries are restricted and if someone buys something from my business from these countries i will confiscate the money.
FYI, T&C like these ones are illegal in almost every country. T&C don't allow criminal activities like this one.
If i put in my T&C that if you register from a restricted country i can kill you, i am not allowed to kill you even if yoou broke my T&C.
T&C are not over country legality, and international legality.
So, stop putting the T&C as an excuse to steal my money, because is not an excuse.
