Some coaches build but don't know how to continue in using what they've built, I personally think that was the case of Xavi
I think he has a good vision although maybe Flick is better

I don’t think he was underrated, but you know in every team, everyone wants to get what other people are getting, and I feel like he underperformed in Barcelona. Maybe he was unable to deliver the result Barcelona wanted, so they don’t want to keep him, and they decided to change.

Xavi built Barcelona, though, as you said, but things did not go well during his time till Hansi Flick came in as the manager, and Barcelona started doing great again. That is football; sometimes things didn’t go well as expected.

As
you in everysaid, maybe after building the team to execute what they built, everyoneit always becomes a problem for them, and Barcelona wants a fast result, so they could not wait. Moreover, they don’t want to get what other people arebe getting bad for long.
