Hey guys,
Just wanted to ask if anyone else here’s had problems with Rollbit recently. My account got restricted out of nowhere, with a decent balance stuck on there (around $20K USD). They’re claiming "AML concerns" and telling me "list all the accounts you use". I only have one account. I’ve been getting the same copy-paste replies from support over and over, and their compliance is a brick wall.
I’ve offered to verify myself, send whatever documents they need, but they keep dodging.
Starting to feel like a scam at this point.
Anyone else been through this with them? Or know the best way to get them to actually respond properly? Would appreciate any advice.
