Manchester city and Chelsea are going to be strong this coming season though it wasn't that Chelsea was not strong per say but they were not consistent so that makes them look like they didn't perform well but at least they qualified for Champions league next season. I don't really know what to say about Manchester city but I believe they will do better this coming season and as for Manchester united, if they don't sign new players they will still suffer same thing next season unless Ruben Amorim will change the team entirely and that will take him a lot of time.
I agree with you that both teams will be stronger next season because Manchester City have brought in reinforcements in this summer window.
Manchester City can be considered title favourites, they are often the most consistent team in the EPL and this has made them become the league champions mostly in recently years.
Aside from last season they have been the best team in the Epl and now that they have strengthened theor squad and Rodri is back, I won't be surprised they win it.
Chelsea also have quite a number of good talents in the squad for the coming season now it’s left to Manchester United to make signings as we watch. They have brought in Cunha and are hopeful to complete other deals to strengthen their side for the coming season.
I don't rate my team high, Chelsea has fallen if not we could have won the league last season but we saw when they became considered as the title favourites they fell off, and I will continue to criticise Maresca for his annoying tactics that are not working.
Man will be playing players out of position and knowing fully well they perform better in their natural position or sometimes preferring underperforming than inform players. He hardly gives some others enough opportunity to show what they can do.
Manchester United are recruiting but is best to rate them after the season ends, they can do well some days and fall off consecutively and this makes them the most inconsistent suppose big team in the EPL.
