12th june: iran announced it built and will activate a third nuclear enrichment facility,
Franky, you seem to live in a paralle universe. The negotiations do not start in the dates you mention, they have been going for many weeks, and Israel has seen how Iran played TACO while advancing their programme.
the date i mentioned 15th june was actually a meeting date!!!(which iran cancelled)
the other dates 9th-12th are not meeting dates, but other event dates that caused isreal and US to REACT to iran ACTIONS
for instance on the 11th they declined to meet up on the 15th.. and on the 11th admitting to intentions that didnt seem to lead to wanting peace
as for the dates of negotiations..
negotiations were going on for 60 days prior to 12th june.. (april 12th-june 12th = 60 days)
trump even gave an extension of two weeks
there were other events but i just mentioned the most reactionary impactful
such as there was another meeting set for the 12th which iran postponed, til the 15th
..
so cancelling the 15th appointment was a big slap towards US as they already postponed/delayed previous date
