Take advantage of the trend, go with the flow, manage your expectations, understand the risks, and then take profit if possible.

But we are talking about testnets, which isn't an actual project but a "wannabe" project that most people don't even know about since it's in development. So, once more, how can you get involved in them if you are not a developer? Unless if you are talking about all the noobs that make a thread asking for free money because they are "planning to make a huge project". This, however, isn't a testnet project but a scam attempt.
