Sometimes I don’t get why KYC is required when there’s just a questionable action. If the issue is something like cheating or suspicious behavior, then that’s already a violation. The casino doesn’t really need KYC just to deal with that. They can temporarily lock the account while they investigate, and if they find clear evidence that the user violated the TOS, then they can permanently ban the account.

So why ask for KYC at that point? It feels more like an excuse to collect user info rather than a real security measure.
