Are you by any chance in one of those countries that are now blocking IPs because of IPTV?
Some countries have used aggressive blocking techniques, which end up affecting legitimate services for a few hours. A few months ago, a block of this kind blocked Google Drive for several hours, it was crazy.
I highly doubt that. But it looks like just rebooting the router has done it for me.
@CCECash I would suggest you guys investigate this further since it doesn't seem like I'm the only one facing this issue.
Yes, we have always paid attention to user usage and feedback. And we are investigating this issue.
I guess im a bit late but just recently tried your platform, as of now I don't have a problem with the transaction and its so smooth and acecssible also there's a note or tutorial for the new users how to navigate with the platform itself, also try to reach out the support even though I don't have a concern and its just took over 1 minute and I guess I considered this as a fast response. Its good if you open too different language with your support for easy and fast action.
