I don't understand why this channels aren't putting in better security measures to help them fight against all the this hacks. A reliable source shouldn't allow their channels to get compromised because they're making people to lose trust in them.

Na true e no make sense for anyone to relax and trust news outlets just like that, there is this news I read wey and admin for one top exchange discord server got hacked and this hacker created a fake problem and sent link on the group claiming that’s how to solve that kin problem but the thing be say na phishing link wey the scammer sent. Even in a verified social media group we still go Dey careful.
