So check first on the network withdrawal on your binance account and should match with the network you set on your metamask wallet.

Not possible because it was now delisted on Binance. Less hassle way is to transfer it on other exchange that supports the said coin.
It has asked for an address and that's the same from other exchanges providing addresses too if he'd do that with another exchange that's still supporting it. Despite that Binance delisted it, as maslate pointed out, he can still withdraw it through his metamask address that's in ont network. He just need to add the custom network. But either way, as you have suggested too, OP just have to choose which is comfortable for him.
