When it comes to gambling I have not said this to myself. The only time I said something similar to myself was when I chased a loss and I lost. I just said to myself that I won't do this again. That is I won't chase after another loss again and since then I have kept to it. In gambling promise to quit immediately after experiencing a loss, would not show any true change. Those ones are just emotional outbursts. They are temporary.

There're obviously so many reasons why anyone would want to quit gambling totally but for me,it's just needs the right mindset and at the right time.Generally,it takes anyone to say no to Gambling but the disciplined ones actually really stays away and cuts off from gambling.

Making the decision to stop gambling completely is the right or freedom of every person but actually there are still other choices that we can take so that we can still gamble but avoid the negative impacts of gambling which is to change our approach to gambling as a whole, one of which is as you said, namely changing our mindset and perspective on gambling to be right in accordance with the facts of the concept of gambling itself.
That makes sense because basically what is bad is not gambling but the way a gambler treats his gambling activities, but you are free to choose and I think stopping completely is much better.

I have been saying constantly that when a person has problems in the real world, they should not play, because when people play to forget their problems, they tend to play excessively and become addicted to the game. When a person cannot stop playing, then that person needs help, but it is important that this help uses force to remove from him everyone who has access to the internet. Because in the case of addicted people, they cannot stop playing on their own. Only people in the early stages of addiction can actually stop playing.
