They didn't even give the reload back then. When I asked why I just got told that this bonus is not compulsory and might not be given to every player. Obviously I was quite pissed because of that.

But on the other hand, if they exclude your account from the reload bonus, there must be a reason it's just that they don't say it for some reason

some time ago I know your account has been flagged on sports betting so they consider your activity is not valid so not qualify for that bonus. Maybe my imagination is wrong but I am sure you understand the real reason.
That was like 3-4 years ago. Back then of course I had a host, but I lost it in between, got it back later though. About the reload, I was obviously talking about the big reload bonuses you are getting at the moment you level up. Like the ones right now of 14 days/28 days/42 days (or whatever it is).
So yeah, I was just talking about the fact I didn't get a recent gameplay bonus while the mandatory reload for level up ( more than 7 days) didn't exist yet.
