Why Bitpanda refunded, there is no fault to stake. Was there any problem, and that's why bitpenda refunded? Or they have refunded without any reason. If there is no reason for the refund then they are the responsible for the fund and you should contact with them to get the money back.
I agree, but as you can see with the Tx, they refunded because of miCa it seems, but the thing is that my money is actually sitting into Stake's hot wallet.
They know that some exchanges like Bitpanda, coinbase and binance for example make some refunds.
It's a common support thing, Stake is acting unprofessionally also.
I'm also talking with Bitpanda AND Stake support on it atm
