Alot of People seems to forget that Real Madrid were better playing than Barcelona for the past few seasons. They have won more trophies than what Barcelona has won combined. Just because Barcelona won the LaLiga and the super cup last season and Real Madrid won none,it's automatically means Real Madrid are no longer equals with Barcelona which is absolutely wrong. The LaLiga is very competitive for a single club like Real Madrid to keep dominating back to back. However Most people will be surprised that Real Madrid will perform more better than Barcelona next season under Xabi Alonso as coach. The good truth is that, the Real Madrid team are gradually picking forms while playing in the club world cup .
No doubt, if we judge their performances based on the past two- three seasons, but their difference in strength is not something huge across all competitions, You can rather say Madrid is better when it comes to their performance comparison in the Champions league the last two-three seasons, but if we talk about last season it's obvious that Barcelona was ahead of Real Madrid, but in the general view Real Madrid is a very successful football club with their track records, considering
