You’re absolutely right shitcoins are highly centralized. They all have huge premine allocations held by insiders and VCs who dump their bags on naïve investors. Only Bitcoin is truly decentralized. I agree that some altcoins have scarcity - but their performance will never surpass bitcoin's performance. As far as I know - LTC, BNB, XRP and some others have scarcity in terms of their maximum supply, but I must admit that they are not comparable to bitcoin ^{[price and some others].} Bitcoin's performance is much better than altcoins - bitcoin is the king, while altcoin are projects that were born after bitcoin existed.

The only altcoin that has the same supply as bitcoin is BCH - its maximum supply is 21M, but BCH is not better than bitcoin or on par.
