Their TOS already covered that they do not allow arbitrage betting. They are now paying as a gesture of goodwill and nothing else. If they do not pay, no one can do anything because they are within their rights.
Your case and this case are different. It seems you were flagged for value betting, while this case is about arbitrage betting.
