Apparently while the casino "wants the best for us and listens to the forum", they don't hear us unless theres some prophet between us and them.

You... do aware that if you want me to talk to them about your case, all you need is to say "yes", right? Just to give me consent to get into your case. I won't even play hard on you or make it difficult by toying around or anything. No other words, no bad blood, no other requirement. Just a "yes", everyone here will understand that as a consent and I'll proceed. No comments or retort, at least you won't hear from me. Because, holy is not the one that sabotaged your case. Consent is all I need.

That said, worth to also mention that the casino has done the least of what other casinos did in similar situation, returning your initial deposit. No personal fund being confiscated and there is no scam, and thus, if you don't want a bridging, and given the casino didn't confiscate your winning, I'll mark this as resolved on my next update.

Your call.

im sure youre smart enough to understand im not keeping this up for the money but my principles. truth be told, i couldnt care less about a few hundred bucks. i would even offer xyes to donate it on a list of charities that i would pick, if i didnt suspect they would show me a fake receipt as they altered their fake license info on their site which then took down.

what pisses me off here is to be accused of something i didnt do and naturally not shown any proof. theres already lots of formal and informal reps of the casino here so my thought is `why would i even need another mediator to solve this thing behind close doors , than doing it transparently with the casino reps in front of the public eye?` . i think you got my point ,right? but apparently in the real world things dont work ideally i guess, so ok, do what you have to do.  if you can take it , i ll donate it to a charity i regularly do ; if not, i dont care

Yes, I am well aware and can guess that the fund is perhaps infinitesimal to you. I was amongst the ones that oversee your previous case, and even without that, your post history shows that you had a bigger amount in dispute, so this fund here [have to admit, I didn't know the amount, or if it ever being mentioned here, I didn't commit it to my memory] is not much for you. You can rest assured on that.

Regarding why not doing it transparently, I have a guess, but it's still a very wide one, and I'll need to verify instead of making baseless argument.

Anyway, consent received, I'll reach them now.

Edit: OP, I heard back from them.

Uhh... I will not do the double-blind stuff and instead will go straight to the point and ask for the info I want to know. Please note that this is not me being nosy [that info, suppose you give me, I'll try my best to not to commit it to my memory] nor attacking you. I am simply clarifying to understand better, so I can argue back to the casino.

If you don't mind to share such private information, would you tell me your residency? Uhh, what nationality do you have. By PM is fine if you deemed that info too sensitive to be known by public.
