If I may explain the situation although a bit vaguely because I am still not sure how much I may or may not tell [from both of you and casino] to the public, as well as confirm the theory I have in mind that I mentioned earlier, the reason of they can't just share here in public is because there's something more than just value-bet. Unlike the neighboring case, your situation is not just the provider flag you, but XYes own system also flag suspicious activities [I unfortunately can't explain more as I believe this is where the for-my-eyes-only part begin].
Just like what's done by several other casinos, upon such detection of frown-inducing activities, they locked the account. However, it's not a big thing. I can confirm that the info you gave me matched with what you gave them. The rest of the data that trigger the flag is most likely for an understandable reason.

OP, explained, straightened out, and sorted. They will refund to your account amounted 205 USD, and you can withdraw right after. Following the withdrawal, they'll either put a limitation to your account or permanently ban.
Edit: OP, their end said that the fund has been restored and ready for you to withdraw. Please confirm?
