A live game where you have a bet on watching leads to more anxiety. Not watching it also does not relieve that.

Either way if you have accepted that you may have lost the money before you start there will be low anxiety. There are people who can control this but that is not common. The emotional rush is high and this cannot be sustained for the long term.

Hence long term betting is rarely profitable and if you dont believe this you can try it out yourself and see.
