That's right, I messed up with lot of images and assumed it's TX status now it's clear that it's just ticket status. But it explains that your case is still in pending status and not closed so that's a positive.

And live chat often gives automated replies so for situations like these may need the respective person who deals the withdrawals and that's why they said 48 to 72 hours. You don't need to panic since you mentioned you had no issues with the mentioned platform in the past.

Try to ask Bc the reference number of their bank transfer and use it to ask your bank support.

It often end up in the bank no more than 30 minutes for fiat withdrawal too. Even if BC can provide UTR and REF num for the transfer there's no way we can verify it either. It is only possible from banking side.

Yes bank transfers such as IMPS and UPI that's used by the customers settled instantly irrespective of holidays, only thing is for NEFT and RTGS that's mostly used by business have delays from 30 minutes for NEFT and Hours to days for RTGS.
