That's a good way to describe it. I just talked with my friend about this and said that it comes from frustration, and for having a feeling that you are owed money. People who believe that "good" and "bad" is somehow balanced seem to often think that them losing money is some kind of universal law. Even though it's a personal issue when dealing with randomness, they think that universe will balance it out, and when it doesn't these people get frustrated and angry. And i guess you could see them having a revenge tantrum, because universe owes them a win now.
