Is this a centralized or decentralized system? I am not allowed to give a negative tag to people who I don't trust? Who do I tag instead because of this spammer, the manager that enables himthis user to defraud the company behindthat is funding the signature campaign? What will happen to me if I don't remove it? These are very weird structures for a forum that is dedicated to Bitcoin and decentralization..
