I have a general question for the board , if I create a gang and begin to get bias in merit sending and Charles-Tim and other merit sources do same how will the board grow? Everyone is trying as much as possible to stay away from this thread simply because it's the truth and 80% or more are guilty of what I'm saying. It's a shame no one can defend a fellow local board member here because the person bursting is saying the truth.

Some were cowardice enough to use alts to say the trash they can't say with their main accounts because they are guilty of all these. You speak of other local boards when they support literally everyone of their members as LB should be a safe haven but here if you are not in a gang in likely port Harcourt you can't rank on the LB.

The clown saying I sent 22 merits to a post I dare you to bring two of your posts as good as that if you won't get that same merit from me. It's so disgusting that you guys know the truth but you are simply aiding and abating a lie.

Mia gives out merit evenly and all that goes a gang how effective is the cycle that way? Anytime a topic about merit is raised you all quickly refer to merit sources forgetting you too have a role to play in the merit cycle.

Take a look at BPIP it's a shame not up to 5 Nigerians are there as top members. Those that manage to thrive do so outside the board because here cartels have eaten in so deep. Take a look at an average Nigerian account here you will most likely see a tagging saying it's an alt or farm those at the top including me cannot fight for a fellow Nigerian knowing fully well it's most likely true.

Those making examples with other boards, how many times have you seen a russian or German or Italian tagged? Are you saying they don't help themselves? Of course they do but they let the growth reach all but here it's a different case. Those who benefit from the shitty system see it as peak.
