senorcrypteroni it is good having you here. I tried reaching out to your online customer service via the menu option, while others are clickable, but the online support option was not clickable. Maybe you should look into it if there is any issue with it on your website. The aspect that your casino is a no kyc casino is very commendable, but I hope it doesn't change soon, and I also hope the government of your region, where you operate from, does not bother you, because that is what we see here mostly from new casinos that registers newly here and after a while their ToS of no KYC turns to be a compulsory one and that has caused many many issues here with members and casinos that started just like this.

I’m a bit confused on the issue you were having with support. Our support bottom on the bottom right is clickable and allows you to message our 24/7 live support so we can quickly answer any questions our customers have.  If you are saying it was not clickable for you then that is the first time we’ve heard of that, and we will definitely look into what could possibly be causing that.    

Happy to hear your support and the support from many of the members here regarding our commitment to no kyc.


You should notenot be confused about it, as it is your website, I had to check again, and it is still the same. Maybe I should upload a screenshot of it for you to see the exact option I am talking about, so you could get my point here.



You can see the arrow in green color pointing towards the live support option, which is the option I am talking about, and I have tried it again before replying to you now. I do not know where the fault is, as other options are clickable and viewable, and I have tried them all one after another to know if they are all functioning, and all of them are, but only the live support is not functioningresponding like the other options. Maybe I will keep trying to see if it will come up.
