Since this is coming from Timur Suleimenov,it's shows how serious the government of Kazakhstan are to create a national Bitcoin reserve. It's obvious that this government plans on diversifying part of the country resources by investing confiscated criminal assets in Bitcoin.I believe this policy is in the best of the country and if initiated will further enhanced the economy framework of the country. I hope the legal process to implement the national Bitcoin reserve begins soon.
